I. Definitions

1. Data Controller / Controller – Gdańsk University of Technology, with its registered office at 11/12 Gabriela Narutowicza Street, 80-233 Gdańsk, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5840203593, REGON (Business Registry Number): 000001620, responsible for the processing of Clients' personal data.
2. Joint Data Controller / Joint Controller – FUNDACJA "GEOTECHNIKA W BUDOWNICTWIE I OCHRONIE ŚRODOWISKA" (Eng. "GEOTECHNICS IN CONSTRUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION" FOUNDATION), with its registered office at 11/12 Gabriela Narutowicza Street, 80-233 Gdańsk, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9571055559, REGON (Business Registry Number): 221246661, KRS (National Court Register number): 0000386442,, responsible for the processing of Clients' personal data for the purpose of handling payments.
3. User / Client – any person using the website or purchasing the conference participation service.
4. Website – the online platform managing the event.

II. Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR for the purposes of:

• registering participation in the event,
• sending payment links,
• processing payments through the website,
• communication and customer service,
• fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting duties).

III. Data Security

Data is protected in accordance with best security practices, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

IV. User Rights

The User has the right to:

• access their personal data,
• rectify their data,
• request data deletion,
• restrict processing,
• object to the processing of their data.

Data may be shared exclusively with:

• the PayU payment operator,
