• 12 min presentation, 3 min questions
• Laptop and microphone will be provided
• Name file as: Oral_Last Name_First Name_(First three title words) - if you present more than 1 presentation, eg. Oral_Kowalski_John_Lorem ipsum dolor
• Mail your presentation to wetpol2025.wilis@pg.edu.pl (max 15 MB) (pptx/pdf format) no later than September 2^nd 2025
• The projections are in 16:9 aspect ratio

Poster presentation

• Use your own template, BUT use WETPOL2025 Conference Logo - available for download
• Poster should be vertical in a 9:16 aspect ratio (Full HD)
• Name file as: Poster_Last Name_First Name_(First three title words) - if you present more than 1 poster, eg. Poster_Kowalski_John_Lorem ipsum dolor
• Mail your poster to wetpol2025.wilis@pg.edu.pl (max 15 MB) (pptx/pdf format) no later than September 2^nd 2025
• Posters will be displayed on monitors, a printed version is NOT required
